How much does fireplace service cost?
Prices are CAD per fireplace, before tax. Individual service is $140. Tightly coordinated strata blocks are 1–4: $140 each; 5–9: $120 each; 10–19: $100 each; 20+: $85 each. Rob confirms scope, access, participating fireplaces and the service window. Interest alone does not lock in a group rate.
Can a strata get a deal on bulk fireplace servicing?
Yes. Group pricing depends on confirmed fireplaces in a same-property service block approved by Rob. Confirm access with participating owners and collect their appliance models. Different buildings or scattered visits do not automatically qualify as one group.

Prepare your strata service day
- Choose one council or property-manager contact.
- Collect participating units and fireplace details privately.
- Confirm resident access and a practical proposed window.
- Let Rob approve scope, duration and the final group rate.
Individual owners can enquire even when their strata is not organizing a group. Parts, repairs and diagnostic work must be discussed separately; do not assume they are included in the maintenance estimate.
